MCC (Multi Crew Cooperation) course -
Each pilot on a commercial airliner needs to have completed the MCC (Multi Crew
Cooperation) course and be skilled in multi-crew cooperation. They must
understand their role in the flight phase, whether it is carrying out routine tasks
and operations or managing unusual and emergency tasks. Your proficiency in
flying concepts like teamwork, decision-making, checklist use, and mutual support
will improve as a result of the Multi-Crew Cooperation course, which will also
provide you an insight into the operating style of airline pilots
To provide you with a realistic grasp of aircraft systems and piloting dynamics, the Multi Crew Cooperation training is conducted on an A320 Fixed Base Simulator.
JOC (Jet Orientation Course)
The Jet Orientation Course is the ideal training programme to ensure a seamless
transfer from piston-engine aircraft operations to jet-engine operations. The course
will improve your comprehension, handling abilities, and awareness of the jet
environment so you can operate jet engines proficiently. Jet engines have unique
characteristics.
The majority of international airlines regard the Jet orientation course as a necessary element for their selection criteria.
